Bidding and Buyer Charges
Please review this information before registering or bidding in a Bavaria Auction House sale.
Buyer's Premium
Under our Limited Launch Offer, a Buyer's Premium of 8% of the Hammer Price will be charged to the successful bidder, with no VAT added to Bavaria's premium while Bavaria is not VAT registered.
Amount Payable
Hammer Price + 8% Buyer's Premium = Amount Payable, excluding any applicable VAT treatment of the auctioned Lot.
The standard tariff after the launch offer is 10% Buyer's Premium. Bavaria will state the applicable rate and any relevant tax treatment for the auction.
Payment and Collection
Successful bidders are responsible for payment and collection in accordance with the applicable auction terms. Ownership and risk provisions, collection arrangements and any applicable deadlines are set out in the Terms & Conditions.
